"I have done business with your company and no matter what your office did I was screwed the entire 5 months I was with SF. I never paid what I was quoted (always more). It took an extremely unusual amount of time to fix a mess up with a drive safe and save (45 day corporate review)Started with a 150 discount and ended with a 110. That made no sense and was never told why. That that wasn't my fault but I was charged for it. My rates kept going up and down with that mess and then I was "reimbursed the difference" when the issue was done but my rate of what i paid never decreased. I have never had this many issues with a company 5 months in. So I switched companies and found a better price without the hassle. I have never left a 1 star review for a company I never dealt with personally. Look again at my reviews with exception of yours there are not many with 1 star and they all have explanations. So don't bash me because I gave you what I believe to be appropriate with my experience.. Also what I choose to use as my screen name shouldn't be used for you to take jabs at. Talk about unprofessional."
